!!!!MeRrY ChRiStMaS!!!!

MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!!I hope everyone had a fabulous safe Christmas. We missed everyone!

Christmas was very fun!!! Dave's parents were in Logan with Dave's brothers and sisters so we got to spend all of Christmas with my parents. We stayed the night at my parents so we could be there when everyone else came over. My mom got Bella and Jace cute santa hats that they wore while they opened presents. Bella was extremely fun this year.
She wanted to open all the presents. She really enjoyed passing the presents to everyone.
Here's some pictures!

We went to my Aunt Kelly's to have dinner with her family. My mom made a very good prime rib. It was amazing!
Here's Bella and her best friend Beau(my Aunt Kori's little boy).

My mom got Just Dance 2 for her wii and we played it Christmas night. It was really fun. Jade even liked it!!

Christmas Eve

GIRLS DAY!!! Dave went skiing, Jade went hunting, and the rest of the boys were shopping at Lowes or something. Sooo... us girls went to Idaho Falls to get some groceries. Bad idea. Idaho Falls was cRaZy!! It took 30 minutes to get out of the Target parking lot. So we went home as quick as possible. We put on some Christmas videos then started cooking. My mom still makes soup for Christmas Eve dinner. So I helped my mom cook chicken noodle, and oyster stew. And someone else was helping us in the kitchen! Sweet Jace! We gave him a carrot to enjoy while we cooked. He's aLwAyS smiling.... He's the best baby ever.

WhAt's NeW??

I cut 7 inches off my hair!! I still wonder what I was thinking. It's nice being able to get ready a lot quicker, but who doesn't like long hair. So YES I will be growing it back out..

Dave has driven his car since he was 16, a 1990 maxima with 250,000 miles on it. He has been wanting a new car for a while. Last christmas we went to bear lake to his sisters cabin. Her cabin was up a pretty steep hill. We couldn't make it up the icy hill in my corolla, until we decided to go up backwards. Yes, that's right. We had to go up the hill backwards twice. So after that and the fact that we couldn't go faster than 10mph up to Jackson I decided he could look for a 4x4 car. We were thinking of a truck but once Dave saw this Envoy he couldn't resist. And we got it for under book. So he loves it and takes it skiing without any problems going up the mountain. And no it is not a drug dealers SUV, even though it is murdered out (thought his dad haha).

7 MONTHS!!

Dave & I have been happily married for 7 months! Can you believe it?! Its gone by so fast and we're having a blast. Here's a little about our current stage in life....

We are living in Rexburg, Idaho. I am going to cosmetology school at Evan's Hairstyling College. The owners are LDS so we watch conference while working on manikins. I really enjoy it. I will be done next October.
Those of you who haven't had to chance to meet Dave, I'll tell you a little about him. He's 1 of 8 children. He has 18 nieces and nephews. Good thing I'm used to a big family!! He's about to start his last semester at BYUI. He will be graduating with his Bachelors in Business Finance and will take the LSAT in January. He's going to be applying to several different schools so we're not sure where we'll end up for him to go to law school next fall. He's not quite sure what he wants to do in law but I'm sure he'll figure that out soon. He's working at Kelly Canyon, which is a ski resort. He helps maintain the ski park. So what does that tell you about him?? HE'S A HUGE SKIBUM. If he could ski everyday in the winter he would. Here's some pictures his friend has taken of him skiing.

The Proposal!!

I'm sure many are still wondering how Dave proposed. We went to Bear Lake in Utah to Dave's sisters cabin christmas eve. We had dinner with all of his family, opened presents the next morning then headed back to Idaho for christmas with my family. We'd been to Bear Lake before and there was a pier on the lake that we loved. Dave took me out to the pier right before we headed back to Idaho. We set the camera on the back of the car to take pictures with the timer right before we left. Dave proposed right when the last picture was taken, so we have the picture of the proposal! I of course said yes and then made our way to Idaho to tell everyone the news!
